ORDER

The order is accepted once the full payment has been received by LAMAES. LAMAES is entitled to refuse any suspicious order, placed in bad faith or resulting from an unpaid or fraudulent use of a bank card. LAMAES therefore reserves the right to ask its Customer for all the documents necessary for the validation of his order. Without a response from the Customer within 5 days, the order and payment will be canceled.

All orders received before 12 noon will be dispatched the same day or the following day (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and vacations), while stocks last.

RETURN AND RIGHT OF CUSTOMER RETRACTION

In accordance with article L.121-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal of 14 days cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of goods which have been unsealed by the Customer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection (care products, make-up, ...).

 

In this sense, LAMAES does not accept the return of products after their delivery for reasons of hygiene and health protection.

ORDER RECEIPT

Each order is delivered to the address indicated by the Customer when placing the order. The Customer must ensure that his personal data provided during the validation of his order are complete and accurate. In the event of a package return to LAMAES linked to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, LAMAES will contact the Customer. The return costs will be charged to the Customer. LAMAES cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the order.

DAMAGE PACKAGE

Upon receipt of the order, the Customer is required to check the condition or content of his package.

Delivery without signature: if the Customer finds that his package is damaged or deteriorated, he may, provided that the package has not been opened, refuse the package by returning it to a post office within 2 days after its distribution.

Delivery with signature: if the Customer finds that his package is damaged or deteriorated, he can refuse the package which will be directly returned to LAMAES or receive it while notifying the carrier of the deterioration of the packaging.

The Customer must indicate any anomaly on the delivery slip, in handwritten form and accompanied by his signature. The Customer will have to report an anomaly directly to the carrier and will also have to report this anomaly to LAMAES at the email address: contact@lamaes.fr within an imperative period of 3 days by attaching any photos and proof of complaint addressed. of the carrier. After this period of 3 days, LAMAES cannot turn against the carrier and thus obtain compensation neither for LAMAES nor for the Customer.
